During this "Nose to Tail" (or rather tongue to tail) dinner we have gathered our stories, skills & knowledge to introduce to you the beautiful role the cow plays in feeding soils at the farm, the skin on our faces & our guts.

Because meat and animals are precious, it is nourishment that deserves our attention! 

Expect a 4-course menu using parts of the animal you might not see otherwise. No worries, eating the whole animal won't be scary. This is a rib- sticking, delicious feast that will warm you from head to toe!
